Answers to the most common questions about my home nursing services.
Do I need a prescription to use your services?
Yes, almost all nursing care (blood tests, wound dressings, injections…) requires a medical prescription. Without one, the care cannot be reimbursed by French Social Security.
What are your visiting hours?
I make home visits 7 days a week, from 6:45 am to 8:00 pm, including Sundays and public holidays. Morning visits (fasting blood tests, insulin injections…) are carried out as a priority early in the morning.
Is the care covered by French Social Security?
Yes, nursing care on prescription is reimbursed. I use direct billing (tiers payant): you do not pay the Social Security portion upfront. Supplementary health insurance (mutuelle) direct billing is also accepted.
